Radicchio
YOUR PRODUCE MAN’S
WILTED RADICCHIO
Ingredients
1 ea Radicchio
2 TBS Olive Oil
to taste Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
to taste Red Chili Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions

Cut Radicchio in half, from top to bottom

Place halved Radicchio in grill fry pan over medium-high heat, or barbecue grill, with cut side facing up

Brush Olive Oil on the Radicchio

Season with salt and pepper, and red chili pepper flakes if you want

Sprinkle Breadcrumbs

Turn over and repeat olive oil, seasoning and breadcrumbs.

Allow to “wilt” (about 3 – 4 minutes on each side)

Serve hot with pork, poultry or fish.
Notes
--You can add some fine chopped garlic and shallots to the olive oil to brush onto the Radicchio.
